Great guide, for updates see detailled review

This guide is great, did parts of this hike a few days ago.
A few informations that could be important for others :

Transfer to trailhead :

- Bus 733 to Straumnes is a school bus. For that reason it only runs outside the holidays! If you're coming in Juli/August, there's a high chance this bus is not running. This means your only option is hitchhiking after you got off from Bus 300. Harmen recommends to leave Bus 300 at Fiskebol ferjekai (approx. 28km from Trailhead Matmora) - I recommend to leave at "Jordnes kryss" as it's only 19km from trailhead AND you have 2 campgrounds in that area in case you can't catch a hitchhike (it's not easy to hitchhike as many locals don't like tourists)
- Keep in mind that Circle K at Evenes airport doesn't sell screwable cartridges, just pierce cartridges

Stage 1+2 :
- There's no water on Matmora until you descend on side of lake (at mid of August). So bring water for at least 1,5 days before you start this stages
- After you crossed Matmora and the asphalt road (after Sandsletta Camping) the track leads into a gravel road. Please note that this is a private road and you're also not allowed to take it as a hiker! Just a few moments before I wanted to enter the small trail to forest, the owner of the house sent me away in a very aggressive mood. I had to go through swampy ground because she didn't let me continue the road. In my opinion there's no other option as it's the only road there, so just be aware of this.

In general : Be aware that this is a very challenging hike & you should come prepared. Hikes at Lofoten are not easy!

Enjoy this hike, it's beautiful!
