Travel Guides (Digital Products)

Travel guides are digital PDF files that include additional GPX files.

After completing your purchase, a download link will automatically be sent to the email address you provide during checkout. No shipping is required, and delivery is immediate.

Please make sure you enter the correct email address when placing your order.

Fine Art Prints

All prints are produced in small custom print batches and shipped directly by Harmen from the Netherlands.

Print Batch Dates

Prints are not produced on demand. Instead, orders are grouped together and printed on scheduled batch dates.

The current print batch date is listed on the Prints Collection page.

Orders placed before the listed batch date will be included in that production run. Orders placed after the cutoff may be moved to the next batch.

Shipping and Processing

After the batch has been printed, all prints are personally inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Shipping usually begins shortly after the batch has been completed.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Tracking

Orders are shipped with tracked shipping with PostNL or UPS. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email.

Shipping carriers may vary depending on the destination country and package size.

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, tariffs, or other local taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Unfortunately, customs processing times and additional import charges are outside our control.

Packaging

Prints are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely. Smaller prints may be shipped flat, while larger prints are typically shipped in protective tubes.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Delivery estimates shown during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form so the issue can be investigated and resolved.

Order Cancellations

Print orders may be canceled free of charge before the listed batch production date.

Once a batch has entered production, cancellations may still be possible, but a $25 USD processing fee may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover production preparation and handling costs. See the Refund Policy for more information.
