Digital Products

If you are not satisfied with a digital product purchased through the store, you can request a refund by contacting us through the contact form.

Refund requests for digital products are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of providing a fair and straightforward solution.

Physical Products - Prints

All prints are produced in small custom batches and personally inspected before shipping.

Orders for prints may be canceled free of charge before they have been sent to production. Once a print order has entered production, a partial refund may still be possible, but a processing fee of $25 USD will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover production preparation and handling costs.

If your print has already shipped or been delivered, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable European consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days after delivery
  • The print must be in original condition
  • The print must be unused and undamaged
  • The item should be returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping themselves. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.

Signed and Personalized Prints

Signed prints, personalized prints, or prints with custom messages are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

This also applies to signed or personalized prints if there is an issue with the product itself.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Prints with custom messages
  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Gift cards

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable EU consumer protection laws. This allows you to cancel or return eligible physical products within 14 days of receiving them without providing a reason.

This right does not apply to personalized products, custom-made products, or digital products once delivery or download has started with your consent.
